Matthew Spicer is the Founder of Visual Progress and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Erickson Coaching International plus a Certified Trauma Informed Coach. Matthew is trying to be the coach he wishes he had had and is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals, successes and be the best they can be.
